A fantastic new opportunity has become available to join a great team based at Software of Excellence.
This position is for a Grade 1 Software Support Technician and the purpose of the position is to provide timely and accurate solutions to internal and external customer requests.
Previous experience in a dental role AND/OR customer support role AND/OR software support role will be required.
This is will be a full time position working Monday - Friday.
Key tasks:
- To advise clients on the correct use of the software
- To meet team and individual targets and SLA’s
- Take ownership of calls, emails and customer and 3rd party queries
- Complete all allocated tasks on a daily basis
- To create and/or refer to appropriate KB articles when resolving cases
- Ensure customer and 3rd party clients are kept informed of the progress of cases in a timely manner
- To identify hardware problems and ensure they are referred as appropriate
- To book appropriate courtesy/follow up calls
- To identify value added product opportunities and refer to sales department
- Proactively learn new software features and products
- Responds promptly to requests for assistance from other departments within SOE
- Flexibility to meet shift requirements from 8am to 6pm
Qualifications required - Educated to A level AND/OR GCSE - grade C in Maths and English GCSE

Salary will be £19k per annum, could be negotiable dependent on experience. Bonus's available.
