Full Time | Treatment Co-ordinator | Kent
Looking for a new opportunity with great atmosphere and great team ethos .This practice located in the Kent area are in need of a Treatment Co-ordinator

Their strategy to implement their ambitions focuses on, quality And improvement.

This is a Full time position working over the following sites:
Two practices in Rochester
Ashford
Lydd
Southampton

However candidates will be primarily based at the Rochester clinic.

Practice operate;
Monday to Fridays 8.30am – 5pm
40 Hours PW

Suitable applicants will be responsible for:

Providing first class customer service to patients
Outlining Pay options to patients
Feeling confident speaking with patients regarding large dental treatments
Going through treatment plans
Answering any patient queries about treatments.
Being thorough with explanations etc.
Building rapport
Triage
Following leads from advertising


Clinical background is essential
Candidates MUST be experienced
Excellent customer service experience
Support provided by business manager
Experience of CRM Is essential
Must be comfortable in travelling to diverse locations.

Candidates must have Practice Co-ordination experience. Nursing experience preferred but not essential.

Candidates must be confident, smiley,Happy, Warm, welcoming, ensuring patients enter and exit the practice happily, Must be motivated etc.

Hourly rate on offer DOE- £24-26k plus bonuses.

All clinics are fully equipped, computerised using SOE.
