PRACTICE MANAGER - DARTMOUTH

Part-time Dental Practice Manager required at our busy NHS practice in Dartmouth, Devon.

Part time hours, 32 hours per week:
Can be flexible on the 4 days this is over.

The current practice opening hours are 8.30-5.30 - The contract will state flexibility will be required between Mon-Sat 8-8 to allow for growth.

You will have proven management experience, NHS Dental experience is desired but not essential. You will be a strong leader who has overseen excellent service standards, people management and driven business growth. Commercial / business management experience considered.

Practice information:
This established 4 surgery practice offers hygienist services and cosmetic treatments, tooth whitening, stain removal and tooth polishing, sedation for nervous patients and treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. This is currently mainly NHS practice but they are increasing the private and plan patient base. The practice currently use SOE and have digital X-rays, rotary Endo and Apex locator.

Location information:
The practice is located within a small industrial area in the townstal part of Dartmouth. There is a good bus link to Totnes and Kingsbridge which are 12 miles away.
