A new opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Associate to join an independent, mixed practice located in Buxton, Derbyshire. An area of outstanding natural beauty within easy reach of Manchester, Sheffield and Derby.

NHS with great scope for additional private work if interested.

Start date - May 2022

This role is to work full time or part time, Monday - Friday. Saturdays are also available for PVT work if required.

Working hours are as follows...

Mondays/Wednesdays - 9am - 6pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays - 8am - 5pm
Fridays - 9am - 4pm

Consisting of 5 surgeries, they are fully equipped and computerised using Systems for Dentists. Digital X-rays, Intra-Oral Cameras and OPG Machine on site.

There are between 5000 - 8000 UDA's available at £12 per UDA. All UDAs achieved on low needs patients due to separate high needs contract to refer to if necessary.

All PVT work and Lab bills are to be split 50%

There is an established list of patients for the incoming Associate to take over from.

Separate decontamination staff to ensure nurses can concentrate on surgery.
The practice has 2 hygiene therapists available to refer to for periodontal therapy and treatment within their scope of practice.

Foundation training practice

All candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered with an active performer number and UK experience.
